EXAM GUIDELINES- LOCAL EXAMS

Exams consist of 30 multiple choice questions.

Exams will be held online.

The point value of each question is +4 points. A participant who answers all questions correctly can get the highest 120 points.

Every wrong answer is -1 point.

The exam duration is 75 minutes.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the exam answers reach the gig organization center in a healthy way. The gig center cannot be held responsible for the problems caused by the internet infrastructure.

Participants must mark each question individually and complete the save and submit procedures at the end of the exam.

During the exam, the camera monitoring platforms requested by the gig center should be allowed and the device should be prepared so that the camera is on during the exam.

Exam and camera monitoring links will be delivered to the participants during the exam week.

Participants can participate to the exam using their user name and password, which sent only to their emails.

There should be no one around communicating with the participant during the exam.

The participant will be disqualified if it is detected that the participant; has participated the exam on behalf of another or another had participated on behalf of the him/her, receive support from an outer source or in communication with another.

EVALUATION

All participants will be sent a digital exam participation certificate.

GOLD: 120-100 points
Silver: 99-80 points
BRONZE: 79-60 points
MERIT: Participants in the range of 59-40 points receive the relevant certificates of achievement digitally.
Those who are entitled to receive Gold, Silver, Bronze medals receive their relevant medals at the award ceremony to be held on the date and place to be determined by the gig center. The medals of the participants who cannot come to the award ceremony will be sent by cargo to the right holders within 30 days following the ceremony.
